Härmed inbjudes  lämpliga organisationer att ta del utav ett spännande projekt för Baltic Makers Project:

We are searching for eligible institutions (public institutions and NGOs such as crafts associations, art studios, research centres) from Germany, Denmark or Sweden interested in joining the seed money project BALTIC MAKERS – Craftspeople and artisans in the Baltic Sea Region for commercialisation of handmade goods.

The project has been pre-selected for funding under Interreg Baltic Sea Region Seed Money by the coordinator of Policy Area Culture & Creative Sectors of the European Strategy for the Baltic Sea Region (EUSBSR). 

The BALTIC MAKERS project aim is the professionalization of craftspeople and artisans in the BSR for better commercialization of handmade goods using information and communication technologies in support of their craft business. The project will educate, train, connect and put at the disposal of craftspeople a set of tools with novel solutions for commercialization. Another objective of the project is supporting networking and cooperation among craftspeople themselves, other sectors (such as design and creative industries) and supporting organisations (e.g. crafts associations and cooperatives, chambers of commerce).
The deadline for submitting the main project application is 15 February 2017.
Eligible institutions from Germany (the States/Länder of Berlin, Brandenburg, Bremen, Hamburg, Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, Schleswig-Holstein and Niedersachsen – only NUTS II area Lüneburg region), Denmark (the whole country) or Sweden (the whole country) interested in joining the project are invited to contact the Lead Partner of this initiative:
