Today Intercult’s Chris Torch and Iwona Preis are in Brussels at the Culture Action Europe’s 18th General Assembly.

Chris just finished talking on the need of culture and its place in the coming EU budget for 2014-2020: “Our ambitions are too low. 1% is peanuts. I want 30-40% for culture and education!”
