Från och med januari 2016 går Intercult in i en ny tid med en ny organisationsstruktur och några nyanställda medarbetare.
Inom Intercult skapar vi tre verksamhetsområden: INTERCULT PROGRAM, INTERCULT RESURS OCH INTERCULT ADMIN
INTERCULT PROGRAM – här finns det stora EU-finansierade projektet CORNERS där Intercult är ”lead partner” och Intercults särskilda uppdrag bl.a. en europeisk studie om publikutveckling. Under Intercult Program arbetar vi också med att utveckla vår Studio på Nytorgsgatan för möten och evenemang. Senior Associate Chris Torch är ansvarig för verksamheten. Chris är också programchef för Rijeka 2020 och sitter i styrelsen för Culture Action Europe. Producent är Christoffer Tarras Blom.
INTERCULT RESURS – Här finns Intercults Europeiska resurscentrum för kultur med Europa Direkt Intercult och plattformen Access Europa. Även projekten Young Curators Network äger rum under Intercult Resurs. Ansvarig för verksamheten är Senior Associate Iwona Preis som också är president för den europeiska plattformen River // Cities. Producent är Christoffer Tarras Blom.
INTERCULT ADMIN – här sköter vi Intercults ekonomi, administration och kommunikation. Intercult admin stöttar både Intercult Program och Intercult Resurs. Ansvarig för Intercults kommunikation är Agneta Hansson.
Inom alla våra tre verksamhetsområden fortsätter vi att spana i det internationella kulturlandskapet och erbjuda vår kompetens till svenska kulturaktörer genom seminarier, konferenser och kurser.
Intercult delar kontor med SmartSe – en tjänst för kreativa frilansare. SmartSe leds av Jack Lund, som redan varit inne i verksamheten som konsult och nu intar en central roll som t.f. verksamhetsledare under en utvecklingsperiod. Ny personal på SmartSe är Petra Melin som arbetar tillsammans med Niklas Hellberg som handläggare.

INTERCULT PROGRAM – Within this area is the EU-funded project CORNERS where Intercult is Lead partner. Special assignments such as a European study on Audience Development. Intercults Studio in Stockholm that we use for meetings and events. Senior Associate Chris Torch is responsible for the operations within Intercult Program. Producer is Christoffer Tarras Blom. Chris is the program director of Rijeka 2020, one of four candidate cities for Culture Capital of Europe, and he is on the board of Culture Action Europe.
INTERCULT RESOURCES – Intercults European Resource Center for culture with Europe Direct Intercult and the platform Access Europe. Projects: Young Curators Network and continued cooperation with Al Harah Theatre in Palestine. Responsible for the operations within Intercult Resourse is Senior Asociate Iwona Preis, who is also president of the European Platform River // Cities. Producer is Christoffer Tarras Blom.
INTERCULT ADMIN – Intercults finance, administration and communications. Intercult Admin which support the areas Intercult Programs and Intercult Resource. Responsible for communications is Agneta Hansson.
We continue to scout in the international cultural landscape, offering our expertise to Swedish cultural actors through seminars, conferences and courses. Intercult share workspace with SmartSe – a service for creative freelancers.
SmartSe is led by Jack Lund, who has already been working for the company as a consultant and now temporarily has the central role as Acting director. New staff at SmartSe is Petra Melin working as administrator together with Niklas Hellberg as administrator.
