Den svenska pedagogen/projektledaren/entreprenören Pernilla Glaser har anlitats för en ”expert visit” i Serbien för att under fyra dagar (16-19 februari 2016) arbeta tillsammans med lärare i skolor för särskilt utsatta barn. Inom ramen för konceptet ”train the trainer” ska Pernilla fortbilda och inspirera lärare och pedagoger från orten Bela Crkva och i staden Belgrad. Besöket är en del av Corners-projektet som kommer till staden Vranje i Serbien i april. Besöket är nu genomfört och Pernilla har rapporterat att det var mycket uppskattat!
Pernillas workshop innehåller bl.a. metoder kring lärande och inkludering; lekfullt samarbete i pedagogisk miljö. Hon presenterar konkreta tekniker för improvisation, medskapande och berättande i syfte att utveckla och uppmuntra lärandet hos barn. Metoderna baseras på aktuell forskning.
Pernilla Glaser har arbetat med fortbildning för lärare och studenter inom lärande i många år. Hon har även varit lärare i kreativt skrivande och i drama för barn i alla åldrar från bl.a. Sverige, Shanghai, Brazilien och Finland. Just nu är Pernilla Creative Research Force på Interactive Institute. Hon arbetar även med text och gestaltning på Konstfack i Stockholm samt i flera andra projekt.

The Swedish educator and entrepreneur Pernilla Glaser has been selected for an ”expert visit” to Serbia. During four days (February 16-19 2016) she will work together with teachers in schools for children facing tough conditions. Within the concept “Train the trainer” Pernilla will inspire teachers and pedagogues from the village Bela Crkva and the city of Belgrade. The visit is part of the CORNERS-project, an EU-collaboration that next time will take place in the city of Vranje, Serbia in April.
Description of the workshop.
“Inclusive teaching; the role of playful collaboration in pedagogic development” explores concrete techniques for improvisation, co-creation and storytelling to develop, implement and encourage childrens learning. It is based in recent research on learning and perception. The workshop focuses on the participants actual experience, needs and conditions and function as a coaching and team-developing exercise.
Pernilla Glaser has worked with educating teachers and teachers-students for many years. She has worked as a teacher in creative writing and drama for children of all ages in Sweden, Shanghai, Brazil and Finland. Pernilla is currently Creative research force at the Interactive Institute and teaching at the University Collage of Arts and Craft. She is also lecturing and giving workshops in pedagogic development.
