/ The most important official culture political event during 2009 was held in the end of September in Brussels: the European Culture Forum. Intercult’s artistic director Chris Torch was appointed grand rapporteur for one of three themes – intercultural dialogue. He followed and summarized the content of the forum from an intercultural perspective.
