The Visit

Konstnärer, teoretiker, praktiker och migranter, både individer och familjer sökes! V årt andra BaseCamp Stockholm residency team är curatorduon Nini Palavandishvili (Georgien) och Anna Smolak (Polen). De är här november ut för att knyta kontakter till The Visit, ett curatoriellt projekt som tar sin utgångspunkt i hemmets roll i skapandet av både en identitet och potentiell isolering i ett nytt land. Stockholm är först ut för The Visit, som även genomförs i Tbilisi och Krakow. (På engelska) / For BaseCamp Stockholm the two curators, Nini Palavandishvili (Tbilisi, Georgia) and Anna Smolak (Krakow, Poland), would like to extend and develop a project “The Visit”. The project is based on the research of different ethnic, cultural and religious groups living in chosen cities (Tbilisi, Krakow, Stockholm). They are looking for collaborators - artists, theoreticians and practitioners. And also for individuals and the families who have emigrated to Sweden.
